[Mid] Push for Pennsic - About Equestrian activities

Due to the expense of the site and that equestrian attendance has fallen
off to the point that in 2007 there was only one or two horses in
attendance, we regretfully decided to not offer equestrian activities
this year. We cannot justify $575 for the equestrian facilities and the
cost of the equestrian insurance with the turnouts Push has had in the
past.
