The problem has been fixed. The user was not subscribed to sca-middle; he
was subscribed to sca-middle-digest. Please keep in mind that these are
*different* lists which happen to have the same content at different
intervals. When and if you wish to subscribe/unsubscribe to the list,
please remember which list you are on.
