JSTOR is a source for articles published in scholarly journals. It is available to subscribing institutions, which means that unless you are a student or faculty at a university or other subscriber, you can't use it. Now JSTOR is starting a program to make some content available on a limited basis to the general public. This is good news for Scadians and other independent researchers.
