>Pennsic water is well water. It's perfectly safe to drink
To a point. It took me 10 years to be able to drink Indianapolis water without getting Tensquattowa's Revenge. I grew up on Lake Erie water, so you would think I could handle anything. So, please note, if you have a sensitive digestive system and are from a different region of the US, be careful. You can dehydrate from Pennsic Plague just as fast as from not drinking enough.
