Why aren't the teachers offering to be the "acceptable adult gardian?" That would solve the current problem AND send a message to the powers that be that teenagers are wanted in the classes, especially if EVERY teacher did this. If I were teaching this Pennsic, I would put a sign to that effect at the door to the tent I was teaching in.
