Society Youth Policy

Please read our Society Youth Policies found in the Seneschal’s Handbook (PDF) Appendix A Ministry of Children.

Notice: Current Policy regarding youth activities and Background checked adults.
Current Society policy requires that one adult who has had a background check is in attendance at all times at SCA sponsored youth activities. This includes youth pointe and boffers. Other Kingdom policy regarding staffing of youth events continues. For additional information refer to the Kingdom Seneschal’s page.

Minister of Youth Reporting Schedule
Because of a change of reporting schedule to Society, I am asking local and regional ministers to use the linked form below for reporting until the Society and Kingdom forms and reporting schedules can be reconciled. Reporting from local to regional will be January 15, April 15, July 15, October 15. From regional to Kingdom February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1.
