MK MoY Letters to the PALE

March 2007

Greetings unto the noble people of the Midrealm from your Kingdom Minister of Youth,

We started the year off with a celebration! Congratulations to Hannah of Stonecroft our first Midrealm Page School graduate. We celebrated her completion of the Midrealm Page School at the Festival of Maidens in the court of Their Majesties Bardolph and Brigh. Hannah has been trained in the peaceful and chivalric arts and is now ready to further her education under the guidance of a mentor. We are very proud of Hannah and wish her the best in her future pursuits.

I hope all of our Page School students are inspired to further their education and our youth that are not yet enrolled in Page School will inquire about our curriculum. If there are any Page School questions please contact me regarding program information and Lady Katerina Mahler, Page School Registrar, concerning participant credit standing, updates, and initial enrollment. You can find our contact information in the Pale and on the MOY web site at http://www.midrealm.org/mkyouth/. We have more elevations on the horizon.

Parents and Pages – Don’t Forget – you cannot receive credit for your work if you do not let us know that you have earned them. It is very important that you keep in contact with the Page School Registrar. Please forward your credit hours documentation and any changes in your contact information to Lady Katerina as soon as you have completed your work so we can keep your records up to date and keep our elevations on track. If you are about ready to move to the next level or graduate please contact Lady Kat or myself and let us know what events you will be attending so that we may make plans for the ceremony.

And for more good news - Lady Elizabethe Alles is our new Oaken Regional Minister of Youth. She will be replacing Melisende Leonhardt who has served in this position for the past 18 months. We thank Melisende for all of her hard work and we welcome Lady Elizabethe Alles to the MOY team.

Our Kingdom our programs constantly evolve as the youth population increases. The MOY office is appreciative of any participation and constructive opinion that the populace can provide to improve our curriculum. Questions concerning Page School and other youth activities can be directed to the MOY office. I would love to talk to our parents and youth about our activities and to just meet all of you. Please look me up at an event. My event schedule is located on the MOY site ( http://www.midrealm.org/mkyouth/sabine_cal.htm).

In service to our youth,
Duchesse Sabine de Rouen
