- Constellation Academy of Defense
- Constellation Scribal Retreat
- April 20, 2013, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Mynydd Seren Textiles Day
- March 16, 2013 10 AM to 5 PM.
- What: An extremely casual day devoted to anything vaguely related to costuming or textiles. Including sewing, embroidery, spinning, weaving, beading, dyeing, printing, researching and or decorating in a vaguely period manner.
- Where: Bloomington Quaker Meeting House: 3820 Moores Pike Bloomington, IN
- Price: donation.
- Food: Lunch is pitch-in. If you don't want to join the pitch-in, the meeting hall is close to a major local mall with plenty of fast and non-fast food restaurants available. If you can let me know what you're bringing so the meal isn't more than 50% bread and cheese I would appreciate it.
- Dinner: I'll have a list of restaurants available and we can go out en mass or not. (It's spring break, so most places will probably not be crowded, except for the local Irish pubs...)
- Classes, workshops, discussions, cries for help:
- We're open for show and tell, "help-me-I can't-figure-this-out", sessions, source discussions and plain old classes. The site isn't optimal for major AV presentations, and more than one class can be held at a time only if people don't mind sharing one large room, or holding a class in a wide hall or a kitchen. Let me know if possible if you are interested in doing something. Otherwise we'll fit you in as we can.
- Books: Bring books to show if you've found something cool. Books are good.
- Kids activities: not as such. They're welcome to join in what we're doing as long as it's child friendly, but unless someone volunteers we don't have a coordinator.
