Sunday (Events vary week-to-week as follows)
Description: Instruction and practice in Near-Eastern Dance, commonly known as "belly-dancing." Currently recruiting, interested parties should contact the Guild Mistress.
Description: Discussion and planning for Shire business, including upcoming events, fund raising, demonstrations, officers' reports, and more.
Monday
Description: Come learn how to make, repair, and maintain armor and related gear. Please call ahead, or email, Alan to let him know who is showing up.
Description: Recorder (and other instruments) consort per forming a variety of period music, including songs, dance tunes, madrigals,and more. New players are very welcome. Call ahead to verify meeting date and time (arrangements are possibly being made that might alter the rehearsal time).
Tuesday
Description: Discussion group for those producing poetry or prose.
Wednesday
Description: Learn and practice S.C.A.-style armored, and fencing combat. All are welcome to attend, but those wishing to participate must be properly equipped. (Contact one of the marshals for directions or for information about equipment.)
Some catching up is possible, but new fencers will do best joining us on the first Wednesday of the month. Classes 1-4 and 5-8 run simultaneously, with all eight happening every month.
Thursday or Friday
Currently, there are no regularly scheduled activities.
Saturday
No regularly scheduled activities, though there are often events to attend.
