Barony of Red Spears

Welcome! The Barony of Red Spears is the Northwest Ohio branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.

The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an international organization dedicated to researching and recreating pre-17th century European history.

The Barony of the Red Spears currently is held in fief from the Crown of the Middle Kingdom by Baron Þorkell inn vikverski Máks son and Baroness Helewyse de Birkestad, OL.

The Barony consists of 11 counties of modern Northwest Ohio, and is composed of four branches of the SCA.
