I have heard that there is some confusion regarding the Pale announcement of the Baronial Poll.

The Pale Editor has a stock statement that is used whenever a Baronial Poll is announced; unfortunately, the stock phrasing doesn't really account for the option that the poll may just be a 'vote of confidence'.

Please do not be alarmed, I have only received Letters of Intent from Moonwulf and Takaya, and all indications are that we will simply be having a 'vote of confidence' on our current Baron and Baroness. Again, I apologize for any confusion resulting from the Pale announcement.

• Happy New year! May 1 marks the beginning of Anno Societatis 43.

• Summer meeting schedules for both dance practices and regular business meetings have been added.

Old updates

• (January 22, 2007) Thanks to a heroic undertaking by Lord Janusz, the listing of Baronial awards is now much more complete than it has been in years. While the work to fill in gaps in our history still continues, what we have now is a giant step forward.  Hoobah to Janusz!
• (September 2006) The web minister is seeking any teaching materials, handouts, etc that Rivenstar teachers would like to make available online.  Have you ever attended a good class and then misplaced the handout?  Ideally, students could look for their handouts here.
• (April 20, 2005) If you have pictures of Rivenstar folk in their native habitat, A&S projects, or some other suitable subject, please send them along.  Email the web mistress for details regarding format, mailing address for CD-ROM, etc. and view the Technical Info page for submission guidelines.
• (March 10, 2005) Please be aware that the Web Minister DOES alter email addresses to protect them from the automated address collectors used by spam companies.  For more information, check out Technical Information.
• (January 5, 2005) Compressed the list of updates on this page.  From now on, any update over a month old will be either discarded or compressed down if the information in it is still important in some way.
