Accurate as of December 2005, here is the Order of Precedence for nearly everyone who received an award while living in the Barony of Rivenstar.  This listing is not complete!  It was discovered that at one time, individuals who had moved away from the Barony were purged from the published lists, although their names are believed to be retained in the Herald's records.  In addition, most additional awards earned after leaving Rivenstar are not included in this record. (For example, Clare Hele was elevated to the Order of the Laurel shortly after she relocated to Florida.)  As Janusz explains:

"The OP does not include Awards received by 'wandering' Barony members after they leave Rivenstar, unless they see fit to inform me of those Awards.  I don't wish to exclude anybody from the database deliberately, but a line had to be drawn.  Since the Dragon Herald only requires of me to keep the records of CURRENT Barony members, I chose to compromise by actively seeking out info from current members and passively maintaining the records of former residents."

No Baronial awards are included in this list; Baronial awards do not convey precedence, are of no interest at the Kingdom or Regional levels (for whom Janusz is required to maintain these records), and are already listed on a separate page on this website.  Leaving the Baronial awards off this listing is not intended as a slight, but as a way to display information as efficiently as possible.
