10 am to 12 pm – Combat Archery and Siege Inspections
10 am to 4 pm – Merchants Open
11 am to 12 pm – Heraldic Consultation
11 am to 4 pm – A&S Judging
11 am to 4 pm – Thrown Weapons Range Open
11 am to 5 pm – Tavern Open
12 pm to 2 pm – Heavy Fighter Melee Practice; Combat Archery and Siege Authorizations
1 pm to 2 pm – Thrown Weapons MIT Class
1 pm to 2 pm – Youth Activity (Medieval games)
2 pm to 3 pm -  Youth Activity (Toy-making)
2 pm to 3 pm – Heavy Fighter Singles Tourney
2 pm to 4 pm – Rapier Tourney
3 pm to 4 pm – Heavy Fighter Melee Tourney
3 pm to 4 pm -  Youth Activity (Butter-making)
4:30 pm to 5:30 pm – Dancing
6 pm to 7 pm – Court

10 pm – Must be Off-Site

Note: Site is wet and wheelchair accessible.


Registration is now closed for the North Oaken Regional A&S Faire
Participation in the faire is open to all, whether you are an expert in your craft or just starting out. The faire is a great way to meet other gentles who share your passion and learn from them.

All judges and entrants must register no later than Saturday, April 5.

We do not charge extra for merchant space; you just pay the normal entry fee. Contact the Event Steward for additional details and to RSVP.

Marshal Activities

3 pm to 4 pm – Heavy Fighter Melee Tourney

10 am to 12 pm – Combat Archery and Siege Inspections
12 pm to 2 pm – Combat Archery and Siege Authorizations

10 am to 12 pm – Rapier Fighter Inspections/Authorizations/Pick-ups
2 pm to 4 pm – Rapier Tourney

All fighting activities will take place outside weather permitting. Otherwise it will be held in the Great Hall.


Youth Activities

1 pm to 2 pm – Medieval games. We will play a variety of different medieval games.
2 pm to 3 pm -  Toy-making. Make and take several different kinds of medieval toys.
3 pm to 4 pm – Butter-making. We will make butter and then enjoy a late afternoon snack using the butter.

(Run by Gryphon’s Rest as a household fundraiser)
