Merchants are welcome and there is no fee!  No indoor space or tables are available.  Please bring your own shade.  Contact merchant liaison Lady Erennach ingen ui Ronain (Lisa Crumbley) for details & to pre-register for merchant.

Site Fees: $12.00 per person for the weekend, $10.00 for ages 13-17, $5.00 for ages 12-6, ages 5 and under free, Family Cap $45.00.

Site Details: LOTS of field space for all activities! Site has limited handicapped accessibility and has covered / indoor space for combat in case of poor weather. Site is discretely damp.

Camping: Primitive camping will be available for $3.00 per night per tent. [ no showers on site ]{Portable shower house will be setup, please bring your shower bag}
Animals are allowed, please have dogs on leash.
Campfires are allowed only off the ground(braziers, grill and the such)

Friday Night: Charity Swag Event for Capt. Savaric and Lady Julian.

Meals:  Lunch for $5.00 for meat, cheese, bread, fruit, drink and dessert.

Feast: for $10 (pre-registered) or $11 (at the door). 13 and under is $5.50 , Babes in arms Free **Feast for 48**

  • On table: Bread, butter, herbed butter, assorted fresh veggies
  • 1st remove: Summer sausage, cheese balls, crackers
  • 2nd remove: Salad, two types of Tarts
  • 3rd remove: Sorbet
  • 4th  remove: English Style Brisket w/carrots, turnips, leeks, rutabaga
  • 5th  remove: Crust less Pies (apple and cranberry)

Directions:  From the North:  Take your best route to the intersection of Interstate 64 and Indiana Highway 231. Take Highway 231 south.  Cross the Ohio River and continue on 231 for about 6 miles.  Turn left onto the Wendell Ford Bypass (still Highway 231). Take the first exit onto Highway 54. Turn left off of the exit ramp onto Leitchfield Road (Highway 54).  Follow Highway 54 for 5.0 miles.  Fairgrounds are on the left.  From the South:  Take your best route to Owensboro, Kentucky.  Take the Wendell Ford Bypass to the East side of town.  Take Exit 9 and go east for 5.0 miles.  Fairgrounds are on the left.
