absolutely NO PETS in CABINS!)

Heavy Weapons Info:
Friday: Torchlight Tourney. Ladies, come and watch a splendid display of chivalry and valor! Prizes will be given to the winners.
Saturday: William Marshall style prize tourney, melees, and Viking soccer 'till you drop! If raining, tourney will be moved to a covered area and changed to a Bear Pit tourney. Fighters must show proof of membership, authorization card, ID, and site token. - Fencing Info:
Saturday: Prize tourneyand authorizations. Fighters must show proof of membership, authorization card, ID and site token. If raining, tourney will be moved to a covered area.
- Thrown Weapons:
Saturday: Field opens 11am. Tourney starts at 12 pm. Prizes for Adult and Youth!
Arts Gentle
- Coursing of the Queen’s Greyhounds sponsored by the Midrealm Coursing Guild (weather permitting) Saturday, 10:00 am
- Open Flame Seige Cooking contest Some basic ingredients will be provided. Please contact the event stewards by Sept. 25 if you want to compete. (rules will be posted after Pennsic)
- Brewing/Vintning contest: To celebrate Rendezvous becoming “legal”, we’re holding a Brewing/Vintning contest. Bring in your favorite home-made alcoholic beverages for judging. Rules: No names or lables on bottles, entry must be turned in by 10am saturday to be judged, no documentation required, howver, you must include a recipe list.

Adult and Youth Populace-vote A&S competition. Documentation optional.
Please bring your A&S items to display. Prizes will
be give to the populace's choice.
- PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO
drop-off child-care or child specific activities! Children
attending classes must be accompanied by a responsible teen or an
adult. Please keep track of your children. Children left
un-attended too long will be given an espresso and a free puppy.
- Merchants: are most welcome and there is no fee! No indoor space or tables are available. Please bring your own shade. Contact merchant liaison for details and to pre-register.
- Other Activities:

shine!), dancing and other activities will be available, see the
