Camping in the SCA

If you participate in the SCA, eventually you're going to end up at a camping event. If you've never camped, that can seem daunting. Even if you're an experienced camper, camping in the SCA can be a whole different experience, especially if you attend one of the wars (or the mother of all wars -- Pennsic).

Now might be a good time to mention that the Shire of Rokkehealden's annual event is a weekend camping event.

Even if your version of camping is "Camp Holiday Inn" you may find the information below useful. You will still need many of the things on the packing lists and you may want to learn how an SCA camping event is organized.
