I've read over your site, now what do I do?

Please fill out the Demo Request Form and return it to the shire's Demo Co-ordinator as soon as your event plans are firm. Your response will enable us to better assess your group's demo needs and give us the ability to begin scheduling volunteers to make your demo happen.

Once we have been able to secure sufficient volunteer staff, we will then get in touch with you to confirm your demo request. Please note that a lack of adequate shire volunteers or a conflict with a scheduled SCA Event may result in a request denial.
