Music Pedagogy in the Aural Tradition

This class offers parents and interested adults, an introduction to music pedagogy using the mother-tongue method by Shinichi Suzuki. Musicians in the SCA could learn from Dr. Suzuki. Aspects of his aural instruction methods apply techniques used since before the Middle Ages. Dr. Suzuki's methods can be adapted for adult learners as well. |
