As the festive Yuletide season draws to a close, the Barony of Middle Marches invites you to join us at our annual Twelfth Night celebration for a day of revelry and good cheer. The event is to be held on Saturday January 23th, AS XLIV at Hilliard Presbyterian Church, 3600 Leap Road Hilliard, OH 43026

This year's theme is A Tudor Christmas. For your enjoyment there will be food, dancing, court, dancing, food, and more dancing. The site has limited handicapped accessibility, plenty of parking, and is VERY dry.
In the fashion of a mini RUM, there will be classes going on throughout the day as well as period games, dancing, and even stuff for the wee ones to participate in. Their Excellencies' Baronial Court will commence approximately 5:00 pm; Feast will be served about 6:30pm followed by dancing with live music coordinated by the Mistress of Revels, Lady Felice Debbage until 10:30pm. Folks eating out-board are encouraged to return around 6pm for dancing and dessert.
At Their Excellencies' pleasure, Feast will be a Tudor Potluck. All those wishing to partake in feast are requested to bring a potluck dish. In addition, a special Tudor dish will be provided by the cook's guild.
Master Arundel and Rhiannon will be serving lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00pm or until they run out of food (which ever comes first.) Lunch is $6 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under if you bring your own table ware. If table ware it will be $1 extra.
The site opens at 9:30am and closes PROMPTLY at 10:30pm. The cost for the event is $7 per adult, $6 ages 6 to 17; 5 and under free. The $3.00 non-member surcharge will be charged at the door. Please make checks payable to SCA Inc. Barony of Middle Marches. Reservations are to be sent to Michael Cordingley at 1566 Waltham Rd. Columbus, OH 43221. Please include the SCA and modern names for everyone, including children 5 and under for planning purposes. Additionally, if you bring one or more canned goods for the church's food drive, $1 will be taken off the cost of troll.

Merchants: Merchants are welcome, albeit with a $5 fee. Merchants must pre register with the merchant coordinator (sarai.silverman at gmail.com) and include a note with contact information and a brief description of their wares. We can provide tables and table space; we will try to accommodate any other requests (power outlets, floors space) as best we can. Please include how many tables you will need when you contact the merchant coordinator. Early registration encouraged.
Other Information: The Barony will hold an auction in the afternoon, with proceeds to benefit the Barony's general fund.
