Quarterly Reports
Regional Seneschals and Deputies to the Kingdom Seneschal
March 17, June 14, September 14, and December 15 Quarterly reports go to the Kingdom Seneschal. By Kingdom Law, failure to file required reports can be held by the Kingdom Seneschal as voluntary resignation from office. If you are going to be late with your reports please contact the Kingdom Seneschal for an extension.
Baronies
March 2, May 30, August 30, and November 30 Quarterly reports go to the Regional Seneschal.
Full Status Groups (Shires, Cantons, Colleges, Strongholds, Ridings, Marches, etc.)
February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15 Quarterly reports go to Baronial and Regional Seneschals. Colleges are expected to report unless they have entered a period of dormancy, during which the group is inactive. Dormancy usually applies only to the summer trimester falling between May 30 and September 30. For exceptions, please contact the Kingdom Seneschal for an exemption.
Incipient
May 15, August 15 Quarterly reports go to the Deputy for New Groups and group administering branch Seneschals. Proto-incipient groups not being official groups, cannot be forced to report, but will not be advanced unless they do.
Branches that do not send in a Quarterly Report by the deadline may be suspended automatically without prior notice. Understanding the New Reports and Reporting Schedules
