-Have
Loom, Will Tabletweave" by Branwen Scholastica, OL
Do you have an inkle loom but haven't gotten around to trying TW? Have you done
basic patterns on your loom but would like to try doublefaced TW? Then this is
the class for you! We'll meet for about an hour in the morning to get people
going, then I'll be available in the populace area for later pleas for help.
Bring two contrasting colors of size 10 crochet cotton because it is really much
easier to learn with than other fibers. If you have never warped a loom, bring
the loom and 12 cards. If you are ready for doublefaced, warp 4 cards Color X,
16 cards with two holes Color X and two Color Y, then 4 cards Color X
(alternating all cards threaded S then Z). (If your cards have ABCD markings,
use one color for AB and the second for CD.) Alas, no spare looms are availble
for the class, but I'll bring extra handouts. If you are already working on your
loom, bring your project and enjoy the company of other twisted and warped
individuals. Please email Branwen at branwenscholastica@ yahoo.com for any
questions.
