Information for Merchants:

Greetings to the merchants of the Midrealm! I am your Crown Tourney merchant liaison, THL Margaret O'Monaghan.

The Crown Tournament of Cameron and Amalie will be a chance to show off the best of your wares to the many residents of the Middle Kingdom. With this in mind, please know that for this event preference will be given to those merchants whose booths are more in the period style and sell wares that are more suited to the SCA, similar to Pennsic. If you are using an easy-up, please try to disguise it for a more period look. We won't turn anyone away unless we run out of space!

Merchant space will be located outside on both days, to the area south of the main building. There will be some electrical hookups available. Please bring your own extension cords. Merchants may arrive on site at 8:00am on Saturday morning to check in and start setting up.

Note: Merchants who plan on camping will need to pre-register for camping space even if they are in their booth. Please see the camping registration information at this link. Thanks!

Please provide the following information when sending in your registration:
Mundane Name
SCA Name
Business Name
Business Website (if applicable)
Contact information (address, phone number, and email)
Booth size (including ropes, canopies and exterior racks)
Electricity needed? (Yes, No, It would be nice)
A photograph of your booth
A photograph of your merchandise
