Our Activities
Events -- The Barony puts on a few large events each year, with varying themes and topics. These events draw crowds from across the Midrealm. We also have smaller local events a few times a year.
Archery -- Let the arrows of war fly! Our archery group meets every Wednesday to shoot and socialize!
Ars Rustica -- We have a thriving community of Sternfelders raising animals and growing things within our barony. We meet on the 1st Sunday of the month.
Arts and Sciences -- We have many opportunities to participate in the arts and sciences of the middle ages. We meet the last Thursday of the month.
Business Meeting -- We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month to plan events, activities, and take care of Baronial business.
Cooks Guild -- The cooks meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month to talk, experiment with recipes, etc.
Costuming -- The Gilded Costumers meet 1st Thursday of the month to talk about projects, give and receive advice, and listen to talks about specific areas.
Dance -- The local dancers get together twice a month (1st and 3rd Monday) to teach and learn various English Country, Italian, and other historical dances.
Dead Languages -- Those interested in the study of dead languages meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Fighter Practice -- We meet every Tuesday for Heavy and Rapier fighting practice. Many others come to socialize and work on hand projects. Come visit and get to know other Sternfelders!
Reading -- There is an Open House/Reading Night each Wednesday for those who like to look through books about topics and history of the period we study.
