User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Barony of Sternfeld website ("Site") developed by the Barony of Barony of Sternfeld, Indianapolis, Indiana, has exclusive rights, including participation in the Site's chat and message boards or forums, including any external chat groups or discussion groups, if available. ("Discussion Areas").

The Site is designed to provide a forum for users to share their opinions, experiences, and to contribute other information. In order to maximize the benefit of the Site, users must agree to and abide by the terms of usage. USE OF THE SITE IN ANY FORM OR MANNER CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Barony of Sternfeld may change, modify, or update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these changes, modifications, or updates.

Terms of Usage

Information, materials, comments and all other submissions to the Site by you or any other user becomes the property of Barony of Sternfeld upon submission.

Barony of Sternfeld does not endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by you or any other user in Discussion Areas or elsewhere on the Site. Any information or material placed online by you or any other user, including advice and opinions, is the view and responsibility of the submitter and does not necessarily represent the view of the Site.

The terms for usage are intended to protect and preserve the mission of the Site as stated above. If you do not want or can not abide by all of the terms of this User Agreement you may not use this Site in any manner whether directly or indirectly.

Use of Material Posted by You

Postings to the Discussion Areas and other areas of this Site are not private. You grant Barony of Sternfeld and its designees the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit and distribute any information or material you supply or communicate to the Site via such postings, in any medium now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses.

Personal Information

Barony of Sternfeld is dedicated to supporting an individual's right to have their personal information held in the strictest confidence. This website does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when specifically, knowingly and voluntarily provided by such individuals. A user's personally identifiable information will not be transferred, sold or loaned to any third party.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Barony of Sternfeld, and their officers, board members and agents (hereinafter "Indemnitees") from and against all claims, suits, liabilities, damages, costs, fees, expenses or losses arising out of or resulting from your use of the Site under this Agreement, including but not limited to any third party claims against Indemnitees for patent, copyright, and/or trademark infringement and/or patent interference resulting from your submission to the Site.

Editing and Deletions

Barony of Sternfeld reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move or delete any material posted by users in the Discussion Areas or elsewhere on the Site, in its sole discretion and without notice.

Modifications to the User Agreement

Barony of Sternfeld reserves the right to add, change, or modify, from time to time, sections of this Agreement. Barony of Sternfeld shall take reasonable steps to indicate (on the updates page) which sections have been added, changed, or modified. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to comply with these additional rules.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
