Comments:
I am new to the office - haven't even completed the Change of Officer form 
(the former webminister has some pressing health issues, hence the quick change) 
although it has gone out to the former webminister, Ben Hemphill for him to 
complete.  I have some HTML experience, he has emailed me the password for the 
"tmplmead" account on Midrealm.org and I have access to MiddleMail but am unsure 
what to do with it.  I am not sure who to report to, and need information on this.
