Old Business:

• Her Excellency, Baroness Catriona, has requested that we consider hosting another Baronial sewing meeting to make more scroll covers. It was agreed to do this on the second or third Sunday of January, depending on when the Baronial meeting is scheduled.

• The Regional Exchequer has approached our Exchequer with concerns about the situation with Caer Byrbryd. Faoileann explained that the then Kingdom Exchequer gave us a variance to set up their checking account separately from ours with their people on the account. She has contacted the current Kingdom Exchequer for clarification about what to do, but has not received a response.

• Cook's Symposium - It has been brought to our attention that the church does not have a handicapped ramp as was previously thought. Ulf & Faoileann have
agreed to build a ramp with the option of donating it to the church if they want it. Duvessa pointed out that the choir will be practicing in the sanctuary all morning, but shouldn't be in the way. Howard, Lindsay, Bradwen, and Lee have volunteered to sit at Troll. Faoileann called for last-minute pre-registrations.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10.

New business:

Faoileann discussed the state of the checking account and stated that we need to decide who is going to be on the account.

Duvessa requested that someone print out the Seneschal's Handbook for the shire. Giles volunteered to do that.

Duvessa also discussed the need to write up new by-laws for the shire as the original by-laws have disappeared. A motion was made to table that until January and appoint a committee. The motion was seconded and passed.

The Barony has requested that we consider hosting the skirmish between Brendoken and the Middle Marches every other year, alternating with Alderford's Oaken Melee School. A motion was made that we agree to do this, the motion was seconded and passed.
