Old Business:

Encampment at the Castle IV - Final plans were made for set-up of Encampment on Friday, June 18, beginning at 9:00 am. Giles announced that he needed help with stuffing dates and peeling eggs for feast.

Hastings - Still looking for a site.

New Business:

Joan of Arc will be showing at the Renaissance Theater - maybe we should contact them about doing a demo.
