Due to mis-communications, these first Letters did not get published in The Pale

This resulted in the following email sent out to all Group Seneschals and Webministers Introductory Email (Attachment included both the Introductory letter and Oct/Nov letter)

Branch and officer webministers who took up the office after 10 November 2009 will not have received this email.

December's Pale included the first published Letter from Finnseach
