Welcome to Heavy Armored Combat

Welcome to the Barony of White Waters armored combat page. I am Lord Thomas, your Knights Marshal, and will help you get

started in heavy fighting. My contact information is on the officers page. SCA combat is very exciting and is done full speed. First and foremost emphasis is placed on safety.

We make our weapons from rattan, mainly for safety reasons, but believe me they can still hurt!

Fight practice is currently at Potawatomi Park from 6 till dark. 55 degrees and dry is the rule of thumb for these practices.

Fight practices during the winter months, are Friday nights from 6-9 and are held in the IUSB cafeteria in South Bend. Map and directions are here: www.iusb.edu/maps/drive.html

Armoring sessions are being held at Lord Rafael's manor on Sundays from 1 to 5. (Contact Lord Thomas for directions to armoring.)
